At Orange Tree Foundation, our commitment to students extends beyond academics. We support their overall well-being, especially during medical emergencies.
One of our scholars, AH, received a fully funded scholarship but could not begin his higher education due to a serious health condition. He required two critical procedures: DJ stent placement and RIRS surgery. Both surgeries were beyond the financial means of his family.
Recognising the urgency of the situation, OTF’s Healthcare Department funded the first procedure at Liaquat National Hospital. After the surgery, AH needed a follow-up procedure to remove the temporary stent, but again, he could not afford the cost of the operation.
When AH requested further assistance, OTF covered the full cost of the stent removal. This intervention ensured he received timely medical care and could continue his studies without interruption.
At OTF, we believe no student should have to choose between their health and their future.
