BUSINESS ETHICS
The Foundation is committed to conducting its affairs with the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct while upholding and respecting the interests of all stakeholders.
The Foundation is dedicated to providing a safe and non-discriminatory working environment for all employees.
The Foundation is a purely education-centric initiative with no involvement or affiliation in any political or religious activities and does not support any political party or contribute funds to groups that promote political interests

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
Employees must conduct their personal and professional affairs in a manner that avoids any conflict or the appearance of a conflict with the interests of the Foundation.
Conflicts of interest should be avoided and disclosed where they exist, and guidance should be sought from superiors.
ACCOUNTING RECORDS, CONTROLS & STATEMENTS
All books, records, accounts, and statements should conform to generally accepted and applicable accounting principles and all applicable laws and regulations, and should be maintained accurately.
Employees are expected to sign only documents or records that they believe to be accurate and truthful.
PERSONAL CONDUCT
All employees should conduct themselves with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism in the workplace or any other location while on Foundation business.
All employees should avoid any form of bribery, extortion, and other types of corruption.
Employees should always be cognizant of the need to adhere strictly to all safety policies and regulations.
Any legally prohibited or controlled substances found in the possession of any employee will be confiscated and, where appropriate, turned over to the authorities.
